Translation of the French article by Jacques Rouchaud
Every day, the street. University students, high school students, farmers, retirees, carers, craftspeople, yellow vests, red caps. We march, we shout, we wave placards. And then?
Nothing. Nothing changes. In the evening, you go home exhausted. The next day, the same princes of the Republic parade on television. At elections, the same faces, the same parties, the same repainted promises. The government changes its name, never its method.
Open your eyes: the system is built for this. It lets you shout, it waits for you to get tired, then it carries on. Marching means begging those in power to kindly listen to you. They do not listen. They never will.
Stop asking. Take it back.
Demosciocracy is not one more party or one more candidate. It removes what is choking you:
- No more political parties. They divide the people to govern them better.
- No more career politicians. Representatives are drawn by lot in each district, for two years. They keep their job and go back to it. No one lives off power.
- Power starts from the bottom. From the district to the Territory Council, then to the two Chambers, the Chamber of the People and the Chamber of Corporations, which oversee and can dismiss the leadership team.
- No power is permanent. Whoever betrays is replaced. Full stop.
Freeing the people means freeing work.
This is the heart of it. Today, those who work pay, and those who govern decide. Tomorrow, with demosciocracy, those who work hold half of the power. The Chamber of Corporations is the craftspeople, the farmers, the shopkeepers, the liberal professions, the businesses, the carers, the teachers, the researchers. Those who keep the country alive finally decide together with the people, on equal terms.
The Constitution is clear: freedom means being free to think, to create, to work and to start a business. Free work, know-how, the spirit of enterprise: that is the real wealth. Not the stock market. Not virtual finance, which will have no place in representation.
And when machines and artificial intelligence do the hard tasks, the time freed up will belong to human beings, not to shareholders.
In France and in every country.
In Paris, in Madrid, in Buenos Aires, in Seoul, peoples march, and everywhere the same ones stay in place. Demosciocracy adapts to each country, to its population and its geography, with the same principles.
Keep your anger. But stop wasting it. The street shouts. Demosciocracy decides.
And end every march, every demonstration, by singing together the Song of the Demosciocrats, to the tune of La Marseillaise: “Liberty, Equality, Long live Truth!”

Liberty — Equality — Truth.
No one is master, no one is weak.
