Translation of the French article by Jacques Rouchaud
The time has come to move from ideas to action. I call on all French women and men, from 14 to 100 years old, to form together the Chamber of the People and the Chamber of Corporations, in order to start the will of the people as soon as possible.
1. Who can answer?
Anyone aged 14 to 100, from metropolitan France as well as overseas: secondary school pupils, students, workers in every trade, retirees. Everyone has a place.
2. Two chambers to represent the whole country
- The Chamber of the People represents the citizens of each territory and each district.
- The Chamber of Corporations represents the trades and the corporations.
Their composition will follow the division into territories and districts, as it will be decided together.
3. The first 720 people
The 720 people who will make up these chambers will communicate with me and with one another to complete this new era and set it in motion.
4. What we will be able to do as soon as they are formed
- divide ourselves by territories and by corporations;
- organise our exchanges and our meetings, online and in each territory;
- complete together the Constitution and the proposals of demosciocracy;
- prepare the first referendums: the division into territories and districts, the school calendar, and everything the people will want to decide;
- make demosciocracy known around us, in each territory and in other countries.
5. How to answer the call
To be one of the 720, write to me by e-mail at jacques.rouchaud@me.com, giving your first name, your age, your town or territory and your trade.
Nothing will be imposed: everything will be decided by the people, by referendum.
